"Just moved in to town from our of state and needed to transfer our policies over to a local agent. Regina was fantastic to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to get everything set up for us, making the necessary adjustments to our policies based on our new location and needs. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kristen, the office agent came over and spent some time with us as well.
I would recommend Kristen Eaton's office to anyone moving into town and looking for a great place to handle their insurance"

"Been with state farm for going on nine months now like the agency. They're a little bit more than I like to pay but it's still a lot better than a lot of these other companies but still really good people Debbie doek good person to talk to. Marco's a great person to work with he does what needs to be done."

"I've been a SF client for Fourty years. After coming to Oakdale 25 years ago I switched to Kristens office. She provided very clear advice about my needs and I got a very updated and well informed insurance portfolio. I have never filed a claim for an accident I was responsible for but have had two uninsured motorist incidents where I was not at fault. The second one was quite complicated when dealing with the CLAIMS dept at S. F. When I asked for Kristens advise and help she took the reins and solved the dispute I felt I was having. I suppose she spoke their language. I had two primary differences of opinion with CLAIMS and she had resolution in 1 day on each. I explained my case, shared some documents and Kristen said I'll get into it. Solved, just like that. everyone in her office is always so nice too. I like that I can report mileage for cars just by texting and have basic questions answered. I Highly recommend Kristen Eaton to everyone"

"Just recently picked up an imported vehicle from Japan and was sweating bullets thinking I wouldn’t be able to get it insured without it being a hassle but my dedicated and determined State Farm assistant Tylor assured me that my vehicle will be insured within a 2 day period, and earlier today I received a phone call from him explaining my quote and getting me my temp papers.
